These terms apply to btprenewablestalentmap.co.uk and its pages (the "site"), run by Berkshire Talent Partnership ("BTP", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the site is for

The site helps employers see where renewable energy skills are available across the UK, and helps people find work near projects. You may browse it, search it and contact us about candidates or roles for your own business purposes.

What you may not do

• Use any automated means (scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers or browser tools) to copy, download, extract or re-use data from the site, its data files or its interfaces, in whole or in part.
• Systematically or repeatedly extract the site's content, including by making many small requests in place of one large one.
• Combine site data with other data to identify, locate or contact any candidate, or try to work out a candidate's location more precisely than the site shows it.
• Republish, sell, license or share site data with anyone else, or use it to build a competing service or database.
• Interfere with the site, get around its security or usage limits, or overload it.

Our rights in the site and its data

The site, its design, text and software, and the database of candidate and project information behind it, belong to BTP or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and by database right. Some project data comes from public sources and is used under their licences, including the UK Government's Renewable Energy Planning Database under the Open Government Licence.

Candidate information

Candidates on the map are shown without names or contact details, and each pin is deliberately moved from the person's real location. We introduce a candidate to an employer only after speaking to them. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate, but project details, candidate availability and skills change and some information is approximate or estimated. The site is provided "as is", and we don't promise it is complete, current or free from errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Breaches

If you break these terms we may block your access and take any action the law allows, including to protect our database right.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
